The Inyo County Board of Supervisors will meet on Tuesday, March 18th to discuss the REGPA in Independence, CA, at the County Administrative Center, 224 North Edwards. There are two important times that concerned community members should try and be present. The first public comment portion of the agenda is at 10:00am. During the regular open session, as you can see on the agenda, certain aspects of grant funding and progress on planning will be discussed, so public comment is encouraged and appropriate. Most importantly, the Board of Supervisors will be holding a public workshop. The workshop starts at 1:30pm, and everyone is strongly encouraged to attend. This will be the perfect time to voice your concerns with the REGPA and its proposals, and the Supervisors’ goals for the workshop are specifically to hear and consider commentary and input.

Please do everything you can to attend on Tuesday. Your input is the most valuable part of helping to protect Inyo County.
